Returns Policy

WiiShi.com will refund your money if the goods are returned unopened.

In the event of the goods arriving in a damaged condition, send a photograph of the damaged package and  return it to WiiShi.com at the address below:

We will endeavour to replace the returned goods. If goods are out of stock we will issue a voucher for the same value plus your postage.

Special offers

From time to time we will have products on special offer or have offers on the shipping costs. However, we reserve the right to alter our prices and offers as we see fit. We will not alter prices after a purchase has been completed. If a special offer is made on shipping costs, this will apply to UK only.
